Problems every time I use it
Try using the app but sometimes it doesn’t open or half the time I’m in the middle of ordering a part and it crashes!!!
This app barely works
9 times out of 10 it is unable to search for a part. It also has a terribly placed "new vehicle search" button right below where you enter the part description you want to search. Hitting the obvious button causes it to blow away your vehicle parameters.

This needs updating so badly, this app helps alot with shop, if it worked. The vin scan and history is probably the only feature that works great. U can scan and then go on ur computer and all the info is there on ur prolink from PC
Part work part doesn't
When I try to search for a part it doesn't work. As long as you use the quick picks it works fine. If you search for a part it says unable to connect and you retry over and over still doesn't work. Fix it please
From a great app to almost worthless
I use this app every day at work and it was ( I stress was) awesome. This update causes the app to hang and not enter customers name in the prolink on my computer. The app is also more clunky when it comes to deleting vins from phone or entering multiple vehicles. Please fix it!!!!
Update- I still use it and it is a lot better than it was. No more real problems except for the vehicle it will no decode the VIN for. It would be 5 stars if the license plate option actually added the whole VIN number to Prolink instead of starring out the last 6 digits.

This app is even more awesome now that it can decode the license plate!
App was great to begin with and even better now that I can enter license plates and get the VIN. Like being able to order parts from my phone also. Works fine on iOS 10 for me. Call Napa if you are having problems & let their support sort it out.
