Ongoing card problems

I’ve been with this group for over a decade, and the last 3 years has been filled with avoidable problems. Almost every time they have sent me a new card there’s something wrong with it: they printed the number wrong or they forgot to cancel the old one. Yesterday the bank cancelled the current card despite them receiving back the replacement over a month ago. There was no announcement we were getting new cards outside our regular cycles, and certainly no information notifying me of the old card’s expiration once they were made aware the mail was not delivered.

Incredibly disappointing and negligent, especially in this economy. Your unlucky customer service employees are kind and attentive to trying to explain the situation. However, even this is curtailed by their inability to fix an error that continues to grow larger. I am now forced to wait until Monday losing wages to have the local branch listen through another long explanation and hope the reprint can get done in a timely manner.

If there are any more issues I will be finding another place to manage my finances.

Great option for easy banking

I had to leave my husband and start new after he drained out accounts. I was able to do everything online, including starting my account! It’s been really nice to not have to worry about who can access my money.

What happened to the friendly, courteous and helpful TLC

Long ago TLC and Fibre were wonderful friends. Now the are an extension of overbearing, controlling and inconsiderate government bureaucracy.

They’ve frozen my account without notice several times. They’ve prevented me from modifying my bill payments under the guise that I’m a senior citizens and don’t know how to manage my account.

When I talked with the 20-something head of security she told me I’m not competent to manage my account, so she’s taking control.

I thought this was arrogant so I wrote the President of Fibre, he didn’t respond and I received a nasty call from the security girl.

My account has now been under her control since August 2018.

When I met with friends at the senior center they had the same complaint. We thought it was only in Tillamook. We called friends in Lincoln City and learned they too have been subjected to this same person.

We are All now, looking for another bank.

Even though I’m Just getting my Credit established so not yet eligible for a loan they still gave me an unsecured Credit Card with a nice amount to
Use when I need it & Also financed My BMW 5 series. Customer service is great no long wait if any and will actually settle any disputes you may encounter . Fibre will always be my #1 Banking institution oh and I forgot to mention their on line mobile App is full service you can do the same thing you can do in the Branch accept a face to face Transaction with a member service representative

So easy!

I haven’t been to the bank in months! I can deposit my checks and reconcile my checkbook with e-document statements from home. No more leaving work to go to the drive-through.

Simple and easy to use

Hands down 5 stars. This banking mobile app is the best, it’s so easy to use and not too many complicated buttons that will confused me.

It won’t let me log in it’s been weeks

I’ve been trying to simply open the app but then the buffering ring comes up and glitches around for a minute then tells me “system not responding, try again later.” Anyone know how to fix?

App used to be great. Now it crashes after update

I can’t access my accounts easily like I used to. Ever since I updated it, it crashes on login. I have to use web browsers anytime I want to view my accounts or transfers. Super inconvenient. I even updated my IOS to the most recent version to see if that would fix it, and still crashes on login every time, even after multiple reinstalls.
