Frustrated
Took up an offer of Cafeyn through 02. Big mistake. Most mornings Daily and Sunday newspapers are not available and had to be found through the search tool. The last few days even the search tool cannot find newspapers. Now given up with Cafeyn and will not be renewing subscription.Tom1559

I had this free through a new O2 contract and thought it might be good. First of all it’s all in French (!) 🤯 Second, I cannot stop or cancel this subscription and soon will be charged for it! Maybe I am already being charged? Gosh what a nightmare! 😭 Please help me asap.Trisha_%*

Regarding the cancellation, you can find all the details in our Help Center, you need to cancel thee xtra yourself in MyO2. Terrible Discoverability
Downloaded the app after getting a free trial subscription and unfortunately it’s been awful. Its near impossible to find things other than what the app presents you. You can’t search/filter by genre, magazines I found initially I now can’t find and half the magazines I’ve tried to view haven’t worked. Their social media accounts don’t reply to requests for help either. Disappointing and can’t recommend.Show lessdmore

J’utilise depuis quelques années et fonctionne plutôt bien. Bon service à la clientèle. Le choix de magasine correspond à mes intérêts et l’abonnement est économique (en comparaison à l’abonnement papier ou l’abonnement à chaque magasine). So there’s not an app for MacBooks, what a shame. This is a great app and if I could actually read it on my MacBook all would be well. However, there is no app for my MacBook and the only way I can read the magazines et cetera is on my phone which is way too small to read properly or comfortably. I’m so surprised that an app like this hasn’t thought about this.Show lesszazzzz111
French after install
After install the app switches to French, and no obvious way to switch to English.gfgar

I created an account, it’s changed to English; however, when I hold the app on the Home Screen to access options, they app options are still in French. Any ideas on how to fix this?GhostFoxCAC
