  • How do they do it?

    The financial arrangements of Cafeyn seem to be pure alchemy - one pays a very modest fee and one read ones fill of newspapers and magazines which, if one had to buy separately, would cost a lot! Anyway no complaints from me!

  • Problems

    Do you realize how bad is the ergonomics of this last version ?
    Incredibly huge waiting time when opening, impossibility to do anything else when downloading a magazine, new long waiting time if you have to jump to another App when reading, and so on...
    Please go back in the past or FIX that mess

  • Poor

    I got a free trial membership and I’ve only downloaded one magazine but it’s difficult to read on my iPhone XS. If I double click on text to make it bigger it becomes bigger but not sharp and therefore difficult to read. It seems like a fundamental flaw for a magazine app!

  • Useless!

    I have downloaded the App and bought an introductory subscription. Now, I can’t locate the magazine I thought I had purchased at all and I am not getting any response from Customer Services. Also, having written this review, it isn’t possible to send it...I have tried twice!

  • Le pire reader

    Y en a beaucoup de magazines et journaux qui s’affiche flou. Parfois ça s’améliore si je suis connecté à l’Internet mais l’application devrait être capable de s’afficher clairement sans être connecté.

    Souvent l’application me dit que le numéro est téléchargé mais quand je swipe il ne s’affiche pas de prochaine page. C’est un écran noir. Ou ça s’affiche ‘chargement’ quand c’est pas possible de charger puisque c’est déconnecté.

    Franchement j’ai testé une dizaine de reader presse et Cafeyn c’est de loin le pire. L’expérience utilisateur est catastrophique.

    l'application la + désagréable.
    impossible de lire sans que ça saute, que ça se bloque.
    Affreuse. et de pire en pire.
    Maj après maj, de + en + catastrophique.

    Everything is wrong in this app. The ergonomics, the slowness, the frequent crashes, the extremely bad communication, lack of answers from help and hotline, unexplained losses, inability to read more than 10 pages without a crash...
    Lack of communication on content and poor ness of the unlimited content.
    A total overhaul is needed.
