driver ID shown on app as opposed to car ID

The app has had a glitch recently where the number on the top of the car is not displayed but instead it’s the drivers ID which is not easily displayed anywhere on the outside of the car. this makes it hard to identify the cab and makes me weary to use the CC feature because I’ve had people snag my cab with my card attached before. This needs to be fixed.

We are aware of this issue, and it is scheduled to be resolved in the next release. In the meantime as a workaround, we have an SMS message going out to the customer on vehicle assignment advising of the Vehicle Number.

Great app and great driver

First time using the app and I was ver pleased. Anwar was on time, actually a bit early :). Very pleasant and we chatted on the way to the airport. Definitely recommend this app and, if possible, I would request Anwar.

Fraudulent

They already have a 15% tip assigned. This is fraudulent without consent. I wasn’t even informed a 15% tip was taken automatically. Go to hell.

Gratuity can be adjusted with a single button push from the home screen of the app while in the car, or set to a default value which would apply to any rides booked via app under Menu/Tip. If you would prefer, you can set the default to 0% and adjust from there while enroute.

Good day, Waiting time is added to the meter to ensure equitable compensation for the driver in traffic or while waiting. Unlike Uber which charges time and distance concurrently at all times while engaged, taxi meters switch between distance or wait time at ~15Km/h, not charging both concurrently.

Great app

The Casino app improvements have really changed the experience of taking a taxi. No more payments using debit machines, explaining where to go every time and having the ability to call your cab and track where they are is helpful
