Bad app
The app is not comparable to other apps. The speed is delayed, it does not pull up info needed. It will also sign you in and then go back to the main screen asking you to sign in again. To get my info I will either have to use the web (which doesn’t work all the time) or call customer service all the time.

Cannot Login
I cannot login into my benefits because there’s a character limit on the username! I can’t even give an actual rating because I don’t what the app actually looks like once I’m logged on! FIX THIS, please.

The very basics, username field does’s allow more than 20 characters, seriously? Gramma school kids can writer better codes than your developers!

The UI is atrocious. I can’t find any information on my dental plan and the app NEVER works.

For a company that doesn’t provide physical ID cards, you would think they would make an app that’s easy to use and to access cards digitally. Can’t login with same info used on the website. Would give the app a rating if I could actually log in. Disgraceful that MetLife has allowed this to continue.

Can’t sign in
Trying to use the app instead of web browser but can’t sign in. The character limit on the username doesn’t let me fill it out completely. Tried entering as much as possible but then get message that it’s not valid. Wish I could actually use the app

The app no longer works, it opens but does not load.

Haven’t even been able to open the app. It just stays stuck in a white screen that says “MetLife”
Worthless
App refuses to allow login using the same credentials that are used to log in to website. Support was unable to even understand the problem. Uninstalled. Terrible company overall.
