Good for my expatriate coverage
I have found this app very useful while on assignment in Europe. I was able to find my provider on the map and get directions. A huge benefit since I’m newer to this country. Claim submission was not too hard either. Would recommend for anyone on assignment with these health benefits.

App hasn’t loaded for at least a month

Annoying
When I log in on my laptop, everything works fine, but when I try to log in on the app, it doesn’t allow for my whole username to be entered. So basically the app is crap.
Can’t Login
Same as other reviews; unable to login due to character limit. Website works fine.

As others have said, the app doesn’t accept your credentials and isn’t usable. Deleted.
Does not work
As others have said I can not login on the app but can login on the computer or online in general.
The worst
Doesn’t work. Can’t login. Can’t find what I need on the desktop version either. Going back to VCP as soon as possible.
