Can’t login
Says it doesn’t recognize my username or password even though I can successfully login on my desktop through a browser.
Unresponsive
App does not respond after typing in login credentials.
Redo whole app
Logging in doesn’t work, also on website not able to change my personal info I can’t figure out why. Website is too plain.
Can’t login
The app won’t let me type in my entire username. If I auto fill, it won’t let me click “sign in”. Useless
20 character limit?!?
User ID field has a character limit different from the website login. User ID that works online don’t fit to use on this app. Why?
Unable to login
Same as many others have stated. I can log into the website, but the app says that I have incorrect credentials. Please fix the app
Absolutely horrible.
I can login with no issues on my desktop even though that UI is confusing as well. However whenever I try to on any MetLife app, I’m told that my credentials are either incorrect or my policy does not exist. So frustrating and has been since I acquired my auto policy through MetLife. AVOID.
Can't log in.
Pathetic at best. If i could leave a star less than one, i would. I can log in on the website but can't log in on the app with same credentials.

Love to see this lovely easy to use app amazing for time saving searching over the net finding all needed providers of services all over the world loved it
Great app for quick access to medical providers around the world
Works fine ... Can quickly get me info and directions to the nearest medical providers anywhere in the world and also is handy when I need my ID card info.... Hope to see more updates in near future to this app ...
