All’s well...
Very happy with most of the upgrades, particularly the lighter background behind the border. Delighted that you listen to complaints and restored the ‘mass’ movement buttons. Just a couple of niggles... when opening a set of puzzles it no longer jumps to the next unsolved puzzle.. and more irritating still, when the edge pieces are all on board, why do the centre pieces load halfway, so one has to scroll up to get to the top? Can’t see the point of that. Still the best jigsaw app on the block though.Show lessHorizonfirst

Fantastic - you have reinstated the group movement of pieces which is splendid. Now you are once again the best jigsaw app on line by a country mile.
Thanx so much for reinstating the board without the banners.. I am now happily playing again with your app. Rating has jumped back up to 4 stars - now I can really enjoy the new Christmas packs - fantastic pics with gorgeous colours. When you can please reinstate the group movement of pieces on and off the board.
Please reverse all the changes made as part of the last update to this app. It is now basically unusable. I absolutely adored this app - buy a pack approx every two weeks and use it every day. Have previously recommended it to numerous friends. I almost always play 440 pieces. The introduction of unnecessary, unusable boarders have decreased the puzzle board and piece size by one third, making the pieces far too small to use. The feature that allows you to throw side pieces onto the board as a group, and move all unjoined pieces back as a group was also excellent. I literally have 100's of puzzles I have paid for .. Can I have my money back.? Why would you do this to an excellent app, please tell us how to reverse the changes...Show lessSmC180

Very disappointed with new updates of this jigsaw. You can no longer move all unused pieces back into line from board in one go you have to move each one separately also when you tap the jigsaw piece picture it no longer goes to top of line. Would like to know why these were left out of update

I loved this app before for its modern look and it having no borders when making a puzzle but now there is a weird yarn coloured background and there are borders and I can’t find a way to turn it off I will play this game again if that option is put in placeSoulmate you can tell that I

This is my updated review for one of my very favorite apps. I have been hoping for a couple of years that the folks at Veraxen would make a version of their outstanding jigsaw puzzle app for iPhones in addition to the one for tablets. They have done it!! Ran across this by accident looking in the app store for something else. I have bought far more in-app purchases with this company than any other.
No other jigsaw app has such artistic pictures and arrangements of subjects. Really beautiful, absorbing and relaxing. Thankyou so much, Veraxen for making your app for iPhones now, I am delighted!!

This is hands down, the best jigsaw puzzle app in the App Store for Apple. The selection of pictures is great, the quality and variety of the photos is simply outstanding. My absolute favorite. I wish you could also make a version for the iPhone as well. Would love to have this on my phone to go. I don't carry my iPad Air everywhere, because it's a bit too heavy, so would love it for my phone. Keep up the great work. Just love it!! Like taking a mini vacation.Show lessKnitty Piggy

I just downloaded this puzzle app today as I am having trouble with my other two puzzle apps at this time. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything was working at this time & the speed of the downloads. I would have given it a five star except for a few things. One is some of the puzzle packs are expensive; but there are a few good sales. Also, I would like to be able to save worked puzzles within app not in my photos on my device; especially the pictures I like best. (From help section I concluded there is currently no other way to save them full size. App does show puzzle with a green check mark to show it as worked in a small picture size though.) Also, I would like to be able to put puzzle pieces back in side scrolling margin if I can’t immediately fit them in place instead of having to keep them out in the middle of my puzzle. I tried to place them back but they just slide under margin where they can’t be seen. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this puzzle app.Show lessPetuniaBlue
Problems
I need help ever since you had an up grade awhile agp I am having problems getting the game to start. It looks like it’s going to begin then just disappears . It seems to be getting worse as it’s been two days since I have had any luck. It really is my favourite game and I am missing it . Can you help out at all I would be most grateful. Thank you. I love this app because they have great puzzles and graphics, but since this last update (June 2019) I have been experiencing a lot of problems. The puzzles keep freezing within the first several minutes then the app closes and I have to reopen it. It NEVER did that before. So I have started using this less and less. Plus, it drains my battery super fast and I’m not sure why. I could be at 100% power and when I use this app I need to recharge within like 20mins whereas with other games like candy crush, cooking, bejeweled, etc I can have hours of play before needing to recharge. I have just tried doing a puzzle today (6|24|2019)and it froze. I closed out and restarted and it froze again.... so now it’s freezing MORE times per session. Used to be just once. I don’t know what they did with this last update, but something is amiss. Maybe it’s something to do with the ads or coding, but whatever it is.... I’m about to delete this app that was reliable for years, but now is becoming disappointing. This was a 5 star app but the constant freezing and closing has made it a 2 star app. Please fix whatever you broke, devs. You are doing a disservice to this lovely, calming game.Show lessPpoddpiaj
BEST JIGSAW APP
I have never written a review, ever. But I just sent one because I had a tiny little complaint, and still gave it 4 stars. In all fairness, now I must tell you how good this app is! 4-5 stars for sure. I’ve been doing your puzzles for many years. Your app gets better and better. (Except for the one little thing in my other review.) I’ve read some of the other reviews. Someone wrote about how it freezes up, ads don’t clear, etc., which isn’t caused by your app. I used to have the same problem. It was my internet service. My cable/WiFi kept blinking in and out intermittently. It was hard to get it fixed because every time I had cable at the house it would be working 🤯. Anyway, love 💕 this app. Very relaxing. And the choices of pics is unending. If you can’t find something you like, then it’s you, not the app. Most notably is that people can download many free packs and never spend a dime. Unless they choose to! Options galore: number of pieces, shapes of pieces, rotate on or off, choice of pictures, etc.Show lessGrand Circle

This app is just like school but in a jigsaw puzzle and smaller I love the game so much but I highly recommend some bug fixes such as.....
1: the banner button is a bit annoying when I tap the picture every time
2: when I try to see the puzzle and make it bigger the game frame just makes it smaller which is really annoying
