Faultless, fun, fully enjoyable.
Great game, lots of free puzzles, just can’t keep up, sometimes I purchase a set that is particularly appealing to me, but it is not by necessity. There is one add each time you start a puzzle but it is thankfully pretty short and you still have some control over it to abbreviate it, I personally don’t mind, after all puzzles are a test of patience as well. It is possible to avoid this test with a one off fee.
Some of these adds are pretty good and where worth following, rare as it is.

I have been using this app for more than 2 years and it is the best game/puzzle app I’ve found in the Apple Store. In an average week I probably complete 10+ puzzles ranging in size from 63 pieces up. The puzzles are challenging and are available in a large range of pictures types. Without hesitation I recommend this app to anyone who enjoys jigsaw puzzles from a child to a senior citizen like myself.
The only problem I’ve encountered is that with puzzles that have a large numbers of pieces, it can be difficult make out the shape of some pieces (my eye sight is probably getting worse as I am getting older). For me this problem was largely solved when I purchased a large screen iPad Pro and when possible cast the screen to a large screen TV…what a difference that’s made.
Again this is a super app and I hope the developers and content selection people continue to keep up the fantastic work they have been doing over the years.Show lessSkipper772

I have tried to contact support for some repeat issues. I do not receive much, if any, help. Often there is no response or it takes days/week to hear from anyone.
App claims that puzzles can be downloaded using internet and then worked offline, but I have numerous puzzles in different packs that never download completely, or if they do and if I try to work them, I get a pop up box stating my internet connection is not on……and puzzle will not open. Based on the app description, this should not happen EVER. I have reported this earlier, yet here I am, still facing the same issue.
App does have a good amount of puzzles; most cost, but a fair number are free for those who need or want free puzzles. I will say the free packs are certainly not the best puzzles, but not terrible; there are usually a few in a free pack I will work, depending on how many are actually in it. The puzzle packs do have some repeats, with puzzles showing up in multiple categories. Like many others I would prefer a tray option for the sides, but this is not a deal breaker for me. For visual purposes, I would much rather have the ability to enlarge the tray so the puzzles pieces could be larger if needed. Some pieces are already larger than others in the tray, so I see no reason why all cannot be large. The backgrounds, while adequate, could use some upgrades. Contrast is important, and of those available, many camouflage the pieces. The yellow is so bright it hurts my eyes.Show lessMountairy

Thank you for the feedback! We apologize for the unpleasant experience. We process all requests within 24-72 hours. This is due to the difference in time zones. The only exception is holidays, when it may take longer to respond. Perhaps you are having difficulty figuring out where to look for our message. We advise you to check the spam folder if you contacted us via mail, and also read the article "I have not received a response from support" in the help center, which is located in the game settings. Regarding the problem of not being able to play offline, please send us a follow-up so we can investigate it further. Also, please mention in your message that some pieces are larger than others, as this is not the norm and should not happen, so we should also investigate this issue. Regarding the tray, please note that the Premium version for iPads includes the ability to move it to the right side in landscape mode.Update - fixed itself!
After three weeks of grief, the problem has vanished. I didn’t update iOS or change anything and I had already done full restart. Still takes ages to open each puzzle, and guys you must be getting rich because there are heaps of ads. I may have to shell out the the $20AUD. 😁
Previous review ((Having great difficulties with your latest update. Biggest one is that usually when I open it, it gets to the “Buy Ad Free” screen then goes dark and freezes. I have to quit and leave it for a few hours or restart the iPad to get it to work. Apparently it doesn’t store the puzzles on my iPad now, each puzzle takes ages to open with the graphic cycling round 3 or 4 times. Why does the puzzle time disappear the second the last piece is inserted? This is very frustrating as we play against the clock. This is a change and it was made smaller as well. Can you please revert to the way it was several months ago. Even if it was an option to turn on/off in settings.johnrwsmith

Have not had a problem playing this game enjoy it as not bombarded with ads. Three days ago there was an update worst thing I could of done was to download that update have had nothing but trouble now the jigsaw puzzle that I started today’s puzzle April 1. Won’t reload. Just freezes to dark screen. Have gone out and back in a couple of times and still the same. Yesterday the puzzle that I was doing. When I was three quarters through went back to the beginning again. Frozen several times to a white screen. And now takes ages for a jigsaw puzzle to load. Pls fix the awful download you have put out or I will have to find another one to play. Would of given 4-5 star rating till this update. Now only 2 till they fix this issueShow lessxzybcaleave

I have been using this app for a couple of years now. A couple of things have changed over this time that need to be changed back or fixed. #1. On the main page where all of the puzzle packs you have downloaded appear, there needs to be some type of indicator on the pack to show you are working on this puzzle pack. Something that shows…In Progress. The puzzle use to have it but no longer. #2. The puzzles on the main page that you have downloaded need to sort alphabetically or have that option. They use to but now they just add to the page at the top when you download them. I like to look for packs like “Christmas” or “March” so if they were alphabetized it would be much easier to find what you are looking for. But the “In Progress” packs need to stay at the top OR there should be some way to group them in a folder or something. Please look at this changes to make things easier. Other then that. I love this app and have paid for the upgraded version. Thank you.

I have been using this app for several weeks and was very pleased. There are endless Jigsaws in HD which can be downloaded for a small fee if you wish but if don’t want to pay there are countless free puzzles to down load along with a daily free puzzle. All the previous daily puzzles are available free too. There are adverts but these are not too intrusive and never put me off. I have taken the plunge and paid for the premium version mainly so I could get a bigger screen without the advertising bar at the bottom. I thought this wouldn’t be as big as some other apps because the pieces are at the bottom restricting how big the screen could be. After going premium I was more than happy to discover that I now have the option to have the pieces along the side giving me nearly a full screen. I think the app makers would do well by advertising this benefit along with no adverts and endless use of your own photos. Great app with free version and even better with premiumShow lessrosedad

This is a five-star jigsaw puzzle app - nice to play, good choice of images, very decent amount of free stuff. It’s spoiled by intrusive and user-unfriendly adverts. There’s a way of showing ads that generate money but don’t make your app hateful. This is far from the worst offender, but they’re still getting it wrong. I paid £8.99 for a “lifetime subscription” which I thought would get me pre-paid access to the many chargeable puzzles. It doesn’t. I think it removes the ads, and gives access to the functionality for using your own photos. Your choice if you think it’s worth it. The app doesn’t make it clear so instead of feeling this is a decent charge, I’m left feeling cheated. Just lack of clarity really.
UPDATE. The lifetime subscription does in fact remove ads ( presumably for life!). Freed from the ad checking in delays, and those annoying ads, this is a much improved experience. I like the app so much it seems like decent value. I’d just suggest making it clearer.Show lessjaybeenine

I haven't tried any other jigsaw puzzle apps (that I can remember, anyway), so I can't compare them, but this one is so perfectly designed and so bug-free with such great puzzles available that I doubt I'll ever feel like giving any competitors a chance. There are a few glitches and things I would change, though. The first time I accidentally hit the "throw everything out onto the table" button I was VERY annoyed at having to put them all back one by one for a couple of minutes. Only later did I notice the other option, "put everything back" that would have done it instantly. But when I hit THAT option accidentally later, I was very annoyed at losing all my sorting work on the table. Both options need a confirmation before doing it!! I thought I found ONE bug, but it turned out to be my own mistake. This app, with its amazing complexity and wonderful set of features has worked PERFECTLY, which is what I meant by Astounding.
Requested feature: expand the pieces in the tray to the same size as the pieces on the board when zoomed in. It won’t be able to show as many, but you’ll be able to see them easily! Second requested feature: when I break my previous record time for a given puzzle size, TELL me! That happens a lot, but there’s no fanfare, I have to go look at the stats to see whether I did or not.Show lessI can count
