Can’t get through introduction
On my iPhone 13 Plus Max, I open the app, it goes through an introductory walk through. I get to a page that shows a red “Continue” OFF THE SCREEN! If I scroll up to see the continue it scrolls back as soon as I release my finger. It is impossible to hit continue. Deleted the app. Returned the strips, bought Aquachek Select instead.

Useless App
I use their products but will switch because I wanted to use the app to make sure my water was good to go. It DOES NOT WORK. Save your time of typing in ALL your info and find another brand app that works.
Phishing
It feels like they use this app to collect personal information as they require tons of information about you, your pool and probably a lot of other stuff just to be able to save your historical test results. Why? I gave up long before I reached the end of all the required information. I will no way sign up under those conditions. The idea of an app to read the results, I like, but not the collection of personal data. I will have to take a screenshot to save my results.
