Would not recommend
Purchased a coat online from here. The next day the coat was discounted and I tried to contact the store multiple ways to see if they would honour the sale price since the coat had not yet been dispatched. They did not respond for 4 days and then I got an email to say the item had been dispatched. I contacted them again via text and email to ask if they could respond to my emails or messages and they finally replied but refused to honour the further sale price which I think is not right when the item has not yet been dispatched before getting further discounted.
Also I think they didn’t respond to me before sending on purpose. They should have replied first before sending to give me the option to cancel my order if I was not happy they were not willing to honour the further sale price. Anyway based on this I would not recommend shopping here also they just don’t respond to emails or social messages for several days.
