  • Doesn’t Work!

    Was excited to sign up to get rewards from my local station. Didn’t work the first time. Second time it didn’t work. Message said “Invalid Account Number”. Asked attendant who acknowledged it doesn’t work and didn’t know why. Your email promotions come in regularly, too bad they can’t be used. Very frustrating!

  • Not price off

    This app stinks. The old app you got 5 cents off on fuel this one you don’t. You would think they would keep up with everyone else where some are giving you 10 cents off.

  • Not ready for use

    This app isn’t ready for the App Store. It isn’t a standalone app; it only asks for your phone number, where you receive a web link via text.

    But even the the browser-based experience is sorely lacking. It shared that you have earned money on your fill-up but it doesn’t offer any way to redeem the money.

    They shouldn’t be advertising this until it’s ready. Don’t waste your time with the program until improvements are made.

  • Original version was better for me

    I like the original version better since 99.9% of the time I paid cash and used the barcode, I have not used this new app since it came out as it has no barcode and have to use a card, I’ll use it once you add a barcode for cash payment.

  • Used to work

    Are used to get five cents a gallon with the rewards. When they started the new system we have here, nothing works. They don’t even tell you on the new app what number to put in if it’s different to make it work. And the people that run the station have no idea.

  • App is confusing but gets job done

    Firstly, it’s not a stand alone app. It redirects you to your mobile browser. While easy enough to navigate, I find it annoying to have to jump between the two. Also, the 5 cent discount doesn’t show up on my receipt but it appears that it may be a credit towards the next gas purchase. If that’s true, it’s misleading and confusing. Finally, the general tracking of your rewards is not as clear as it needs to be for users to know if anything is working or not. Speedway makes the process more clear for us simple folk. Simplicity sells.

  • Bunch of crooks

    I drive for work and had zero warning I would lose all my points built up over the years. I would go out of my way to find Marathon stations to spend the rewards at Target but this multi billion dollar profits company can do without my business after this bait and switch.
    What an awful change from the best gas rewards program app to a glorified web wrapper data mining app.
    Save your automated replies PR guys I’m not calling whatever poor person has to man your complaint line after this screw up.

  • GARBAGE

    This new app is so much worse than the MakeItCount rewards app. There is barely an app it just sends you a text and you have to log in on the web browser. There are also very few Marathons that actually use this new method. The last app was very easy and simple compared to this new one.

    I will not be using Marathon gas stations anymore. I can get the same if not more money off my gas at other gas stations and they have actual functioning apps that are SIMPLE and EASY to use.

  • Doesn’t work

    I liked make it count, then they stopped that I signed up for this and try to sign in they want my phone number, so I give it and they are suppose to send me a link. the message says here is your link or something but, no link. You need to work on this app.

  • Unable to use points

    I live out in the country and I have one Marathon gas station near me that isn’t 20 minutes away. I am unable to use the reward at the pump. Based off the map that I see on the app, there are only certain locations that will be able to accept the rewards. Not sure why this is, but I am not willing to drive over an hour just to use the rewards. Marathon, do better.
