I really enjoy this app buying gas every where except my local store. I never get credit for purchases it’s like I never put my number in. I have also submitted the receipt by email like I was told to do by customer service. Still no points.

Your previous rewards program was far superior to this one. It was easy it was efficient, and it had to create loyalty.
The new program is cumbersome, not customer, friendly, and difficult to utilize in the moment. I’m sure the new program is much more financially favorable to Arco, but that’s not the reason for loyalty programsShow lessZacsman

The app is terrible unless you only go to one Marathon station. Every store handles the app differently. Some refuse to honor the app (even though Marathon corporate forces them to advertise it on the pumps). Users must enter the store to pay. There is no option to enter a rewards number at the pump and receive the discount. I bought from Marathon much more frequently before I signed up for Marathon rewards since at least then I didn’t feel like I was “earning” something I could never actually use.Show lessDATA_MISSING
