I used a 10 coupon off of here and was never put back on my cardRewards
I have tried to use the app several times and each time I go to get a Rewards from it it’s not working the machines not working or the app is down and this is very inconvenient and I do like the gas station that I use. It’s just I don’t have luck with the Rewards.Developer Response

Hello,
App only seems to work when phone is connected to WIFI. Does not work at gas stations when using cellular service, please correct.

Asks for my loyalty ID number at the pump. Can’t find the loyalty ID number anywhere in the app. This rewards program is garbage.App is junk
You cannot redeem your reward unless you go inside you have to tell cashier to turn your pump on pump gas go back in then tell cashier you are redeeming points then type your phone number in card scanner then scan your card it not worth the headache of 3 trips back and forth they ruined a great app with the change was great when you could redeem at the pump was a loyal customerShow lessDeveloper Response

Hello, I recently downloaded the Marathon app and am a loyal customer of your gas stations. I appreciate the rewards program you offer. However, I encountered some challenges using the app. I found it difficult to locate the gas pump through the app and had to pay at the cashier instead. Furthermore, the point redemption process was not as convenient as I expected. To enhance the user experience, I suggest implementing features that make it easier to find pumps and streamline the point redemption process, similar to how other gas stations operate. I believe that by investing in these improvements, you can make your app even more convenient and competitive. I look forward to seeing these enhancements and continuing to use Marathon.
