Brilliant

This is pleasant and easy to use at setup. Lots of resources and motivational things to do. The robot is friendly enough. The idea of tiny habits is helpful. It does insist that I turn off my notifications to do the evening routine. This is personal choice and I have no need to do this, but it isn't an issue because you can still go ahead with the routine.
I am finding this extremely helpful. Invaluable.

One of the best productivity/meditation well being apps

I’ve gone through several apps over the years, in search for an app that could help calm me, but also be proactive for for, with real practical advice

I just love this ou app and feel like they have nailed it 👌

And to top it all… I ❤️ Charlie. The conversation with Charlie feels so real and so calming, so innovative

A little time for big rewards

I’m struggling with a lot of life changes as well as uni atm. I downloaded this with a fairly cynical mind but became very impressed very quickly. We’ll done OU, this is a lifesaver

Lovely app, but needs to be clearer.

I think it’s wonderful that this app has been created for OU students, as I have really hoped for something like this to support my wellbeing and productivity. However, I think it needs to be a little clearer. I believe I am supposed to be given exercise suggestions as part of my daily habit, but it doesn’t seem to be appearing and I have no idea how to access them. I was wondering if someone could guide me on this? ☺️

Not so good for neurodiverse

The app is trying to fix my adhd unsuccessfully. The questionnaire doesn’t take into account neurodiversity.
The connect requires you to live near friends. I have a few but no where close by. So it can’t fix my loneliness by going to coffee with them.
Also some of the tasks are not useful with chronic fatigue. Getting rid of tasks can be done but it took me a bit to figure out where.
Also lack of answers for the UI. I don’t want to go along with all the stuff he wants me to do. I don’t want an exercise routine, I don’t want it’s fixes for my lack of attention, etc. it’s annoying to go to delete them afterwards. This app takes more energy than it gives.
