Don’t even waste your time….it’s TSTT
I swear anything created by a trinidad government-owned organization is guaranteed to give you an instant headache like this bmobileGo app. Firstly, TSTT sends out a notification via text to every customer advising to download the “bmobile Go” app. If you enter bmobile go as 2 separate words, it will never show up in the App Store. Poor advertising for their own app.
Secondly, they indicated you can make payments toward someone else’s account using the app. I usually pay my mom’s bills online. If I enter my mom’s mobile number to add to my account, the code is texted to her mobile phone. We don’t live in the same house so I have to wait until I see her to retrieve the code to add HER number to MY account….complete failure. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
Thirdly, the app does not allow for any payments towards landlines. So in my case, I have multiple landlines and several mobile bills to pay. With this failed app, you can only add prepaid or mobile numbers. There’s no place to add a landline. So I STILL have to resort to using the website as opposed to the app.
I swear to god that covid came about so trinidad 🇹🇹 could be more technologically advanced when it comes to apps and making life easier on the whole. But government companies (like tstt) and some local ones too are a complete colossal waste as they cannot develop, test and maintain anything (much less an app) to ensure its functionality is feasible and user friendly. #thirdworldforever
