Bad app
Most useless app. It worked once and never work again requested you to reactivate but never reactivated.
E-token reactivation failure
I was asked to update my app which I did and have not been able to reactivate my e-token using my hardware token. Not everyone have got the time to go into the banking hall to reactivate this. Please fix this bug ASAP.
Terrible App
I used to like GTB, but it’s really sad how they’ve fallen from grace to grass in the past few years. I can’t even confidently login with the home of completion. I’ve have my final straw though, next time I get to Nigeria, I’m definitely ditching them.
Can’t activate token again after update

Still same issue. Cannot activate eToken since last update. This has been since April 22, 2024 and counting… May 22 will make it one month. Will update again by May 22, 2024

Once again, another update and same issue to activate the token. Keeps giving error: “Failed. Onboarding limit exceeded”. What does that even mean. This is second time after an update that the same issue arises with inability to log in.

Not a useful app
I still wonder how this Gtbank moved from a fast growing technology inclined bank to a very analog and non progressive bank. To fix a token is now a major problem coupled with very unprofessional customer service agents. My 15years as your customer and it never meant a thing to you. It’s a shame.
Difficulties logging back in.
Old version works better than the updated one, I made a mistake updating the app and now, I’ve been unable to log back in, it keeps telling me FAILED which is so frustrating. You guys need to fix this error.
E-Token not working
Just as it was several months back etoken refused to work . Deleted several times and reinstalled yet not working.

Updates scrub all login information
Every update scrubs off the previous log in codes and you have to keep calling/emailing the provider for those codes which requires a video call for identification.
It makes no sense updates can’t occur while simultaneously preserving your prior log in information like every other app does.

App not working
This app is not working at all. I have been trying to activate my token with my card using my email because I can’t receive messages from my mobile number as I am out of my country for now it’s not working so I am stock right now can’t do any transactions. Please work on this
