On time, super easy to navigate on the app, friendly drivers who go above and beyond especially for me as I am in a wheelchair. Love this service as I am unable to drive since my car accident that left me paralyzed.
Drop off point
Hillside at Canyon trails would be a good drop off point because a lot of older people live here and making it a pick up and drop off point would be fantastic

I LOVE THIS SERVICE
this really helps out people who either don’t have a license and need a reliable smooth transportation or don’t have enough for a car or car insurance. The drivers are very kind and it’s always cool interacting with other riders!! I actually look foward to these rides because of how good my experiences have been. Thank you to whoever invented we ride and thank you to the drivers for being so awesome!! Moved states not too long ago and this is genuinely a blessing!!

All the drivers are great! It’s such a wonderful service to have when you can’t drive like me. Takes me anywhere I need to go in Surprise and I have zero complaints after 9 months of using them
