Beware of Subscription Issues and Poor Customer Service
I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Face Yoga app, prompting me to advise potential users to proceed with caution. Initially intrigued by the program, I signed up for a 4-month trial via Facebook, hoping to explore what Face Yoga had to offer. Unfortunately, my journey with the app took a turn for the worse upon attempting to cancel my subscription.
Despite contacting the company to cancel after the initial trial period, I was dismayed to discover that my request had apparently been overlooked or ignored. Unbeknownst to me, the app continued to charge me for a service I had ceased using since 2022. It was only upon a detailed review of my financial statements that I realized the ongoing payments.
Upon reaching out to the customer service team to resolve this issue, I was met with a response that was both disheartening and frustrating. The company cited their terms and conditions, stating that without a cancellation 24 hours before the subscription's renewal, I was ineligible for a refund. Despite my clear communication and lack of usage, their solution was merely to cancel my account to prevent future charges, offering no compensation for the oversight or the unwarranted charges that had accumulated.
This experience has not only left me out of pocket but also significantly disappointed in the lack of empathy and customer care demonstrated by the Face Yoga team. While I understand the importance of policies, the rigid adherence to them at the expense of customer satisfaction and fairness is alarming. You cant cancel you subscription!!!!!!
This app doesn’t allow for you to cancel your subscription. Even on their website there’s no way to cancel. Very poor response.
No way to Cancel
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve been trying to cancel ongoing payment for this app for over a year and still have yet to find a way to stop the charges. I am extremely upset and have yet to be able to cancel my annual subscription. A complete rip-off…
Don’t waste your time or money
They can’t even speak accurate English. (Do they even know what they’re talking about?) You can’t manage your subscription. Don’t waste your time or money like I did!
Disappointing
I recently downloaded FaceYoga and was disappointed with my experience. The app promises to help users improve their facial muscles and skin through yoga exercises, but it falls short in a number of ways. First of all, the user interface is confusing and unintuitive. It's not clear how to navigate the different sections of the app or find specific exercises. Even after spending some time exploring, I still found myself struggling to figure out how to use the app effectively. Secondly, the yoga exercises themselves are underwhelming. Many of them are repetitive or simply involve making funny faces, and I didn't feel like they were doing much to actually improve my facial muscles or skin. But the biggest issue with FaceYoga is its high cost. The app charges a steep subscription fee, which I found to be unjustified considering the limited selection of exercises and the lack of personalized features. There are many other fitness and wellness apps out there that offer similar or better content for a fraction of the price, making FaceYoga simply not worth the investment. Overall, I wouldn't recommend FaceYoga to anyone looking to improve their facial muscles or skin. The high cost of the app is simply not justified by the quality of its content, and there are better options available for those seeking a more affordable and effective way to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

$30 monthly recurring payment for a program you can’t even try first

They make you pay $30 a month which is insane. There are better face yoga apps and creators that offer these same services for free. Not worth it.
Horrible customer service
Red light device doesn’t work once charged. Trying for over 2 weeks to return for a refund. Support hasn’t been helpful as replies takes days and only to get the run around. Horrible experience & do not recommend. Just want a full refund which shouldn’t be this difficult.
