Seems like someone who doesn’t understand technology thought “hey we should have an app” and paid a random guy on Fiverr to make them an app for 50 bucks - without ever stopping to think about what purpose the app should serve.
It literally does nothing. Everything you click just takes you out of the app to a website. And when you click “map” it just takes you to Google maps instead of the actual map of the property.
Clearly no thought was put into this “app.”
