As a 58 year old female cyclist, the BMR that it calculated for me was 500 calories more than what I find works. Everything is in metric, so for US folk it requires conversions on all the foods. The database is small, and I found I had to manually enter an entire days foods. Also it calculated calorie needs by FTP - so the complexity of figuring your Z2 vs Z4 rides and percentage of FTP was a bit obtuse.
I went back to MyNetDiary that integrates with Strava and Apple Health and will continue estimating fueling needs when on the bike, and do everything else after the fact.
