I am not sure who coded the app that when the user times out from the login screen within a millisecond to have it automatically prompt you to a join now screen is an absolute moron. I forgot my password, and although the process of inputting my email address and receiving a verification code email are simple enough, in the millisecond it takes to go from the app to my email to retrieve the verification code, the app times out, opening a useless join now page instead of allowing me to input the verification code, making it impossible to reset my password.
