This app this to be fixed
I’m writing to express my frustration with the recurring issues in your app. Last month, I was prompted to update the app, and after doing so, I could no longer log in. Despite resetting my password, I kept receiving an “invalid credentials” error. It took a month for this issue to be resolved, and during that time, my payment was not processed.
To make matters worse, I later received an email from the billing department stating that I would incur a penalty for late payment, even though the delay was caused by the app’s malfunction.
Now, I need to make another payment, but the app is asking me to update again. I am extremely concerned that this update will result in the same login issues as before. It is frustrating to deal with these problems, especially since communicating with your IT and billing departments is difficult due to the time difference between the US and the Philippines.
I urge your team to address these ongoing issues and improve the app’s reliability. This situation has been an unnecessary hassle, and it’s disappointing to see such inefficiency. I’m forced to update the app once more, and I sincerely hope I won’t encounter the same problem again.

Garbage App
Was ok now it does not work
We are forced to update and this app cannot be updated as the spinning wheel of death shows up and nothing happens. Bring back the normal webpage which was fine until you sort this out. I am without information and have no clue about my units, try and get your reps to answer emails, why do they not care? Terrible company to deal with especially as a foreigner as we're use to getting things done and call returned and emails answered.
This company needs to show more respect to its clients , I for one will never do business with them again. Too bad!

Love it
So impressed with my overall experience with RLC and now there is this app. It is a bit lag at times but most of the time it’s great and it’s so nice to have an app to do everything you need to do for your unit. Other developers you have to do everything manually, with RLC everything can be done online and now they have this app! It’s new and has its typical new app bugs but I’m sure that will get worked out with time.

App freezes up just as you check Homeowner. Can not proceed. App is useless if you can’t complete creating an account.
