Defaults need love

I’d be lost without this app and the enhancements have been great. There’s still room for improvement though- especially in the search functions. It seems that “baseball” remembers your last search… state, age group, etc… Fastpitch does not. I’d love for it to remember State at the very least when searching Team Rankings, class too if possible. We like to stalk our friends!

Unreliable app

App is difficult to maneuver through. Keeps closing down , unreliable. Cannot visualize the field with this app. Good only to see schedule. Don’t waste your money!

Hi. I think you may have this confused with another app as we don't charge any money to use it and don't have any sort of field visualizations.

USSSA app works Ok

USSSA app would work better if I was not constantly fighting with the “feedback” tab on the left of the screen. When I go to scroll to see the teams schedule, I cannot without the feedback tab making me say something. Ugh!

The app has the information I am looking for and when I know the team, it is super convenient to use.

Can the “Feedback” tab be placed at the top or the bottom of the screen instead of along the side?

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. I think you have the app confused with the website as we don't have a feedback tab on the app (it is in fact present on the website). If I am misunderstanding it please feel free to reach out via the support link on the app and shoot over some screenshots.

Sorry to hear about your frustration. We really tried to deliver a product that was on par with some of our competitors in the youth sports market, but I guess we just don’t have the talent sadly. I apologize on behalf of USSSA and hope to one day deliver a product that meets and exceeds your expectations.

Pretty good. I wish the team search defaulted to the last search (state, level, age) rather than Florida.

Stats

I would like to see leaderboard and all tournament team selections just like Perfect Game does. Not sure if USSSA offers stats and recognitions like PG does but it would be nice to see and share with the players.

Thanks for the feedback. We did release scoring and leaderboards a bit ago and leaderboards will tally up on the event once games are fully scored. Some events are scored via the director (i.e. similar to the PG model) while others can be done by authorized team users. All Tournament Team is coming soon!
