First impression
I just downloaded this to manage my students lunch accounts and I can’t click on anything once I log into my account. I’ve tried closing the app, logging out, redownloading the app.. nothing works.
Not smooth to operate
Forced into using app when school district shifted from Titan to LinqConnect. Under iOS 16 from iPhone 13 Pro Max the app had to many pop ups that Titan shifted over, Login with old credentials and one other window. Should be open up see children and go thru take out. Under iOS 17 it does not allow choosing child to add more money to account. It was a poor choice to have a third party handle this when it worked fine under the platform to view children’s grades.

Doesn’t work about half the time
This app seems to work about half the time. Either I can’t access the menu or add money to my kids’ accounts, or I can’t log in at all.

What is the time can’t get the app to work because the screen won’t let me do anything I’ll kill the app and go back in but still can’t pay the outstanding balance
TERRIBLE!!
This app is almost always down and when it is up you can’t navigate around it. It tells me I need to load money all the time even though my kids get free lunches. And now it said take a tour and now the app won’t even work so I have no idea what they’re having for lunch tomorrow at the kids school which is extremely annoying!!

Not easy to find menus
You have to click several buttons to find the schools linch menu. You have to select the school, select lunch, every time you open the app. No settings or preferences. Seems like simple things to ask for and fix.
Awful App
This app is terrible. It hardly works and makes it hard to pay and have to jump through so many hoops just to find a school menu.
Worst App
This app is not one bit user friendly. We send our kids to a Littleton charter school and the lunch menu is not the typical “district” menu. It’s not easy to quickly refer to last minute. Today I couldn’t even look to see what the hot lunch is for Monday because (even though the app is allowing me to open it and look at my kid’s accounts) it will not open the dropdown to see our menu. We’ve had this app since August this school year and I’ve had enough. Did they choose a terrible app on purpose since lunches are now free? Seems “sus” (as the kids say…). ZERO STARS.

Never works!
We have to use this app to put money on our children’s lunch account at school and this app never works! Nothing I click on does anything, one of my boys is just missing now. I hate this app!
App Issues
There are always problems with the app. For example, right now it’s frozen. It shows my kid’s balance but won’t take me anywhere else, no matter where I click
