App not working

Tried to open the app today but it doesn’t work! I have had issues with my receipts not getting approved as it can’t be read but it shows a clear pic of the receipt.

Receipts always rejected

Terrible app. Receipts always rejected, says doesn’t recognize store or can’t read receipt but in the photo you can clearly see the store name and items purchased.

Receipts are always rejected

This app constantly rejects receipts and you always have to send them for reviews. Doesn’t even tell you why it’s been rejected. Just annoying.

Nice app, but recently very buggy

Crap app.

Gone from 10 points/$ to 1 point/$ spent. Also, redemption requirements have increased and places to redeem rewards has shrunk with fewer redemptions available. Gotta be quick otherwise the rest of Richmond will redeem ahead of you. Flawed program in so many ways. Surprised if it exists a year from now.

One star

Not all points are captured properly. Some points doesn’t show up in History of purchases and rewards, but the receipt shows it was captured in the Receipt section. Also, I don’t see any Rewards in the rewards section. Not sure if all the rewards have been redeemed, or the app is just full of bugs.

Receipt from a store in loyalty program got rejected to get points

When you rejected a receipt from a store in the loyalty program, what’s the point for the apps? And no one will ever explain why it’s rejected, useless
