Missing Most Basic Features
Echoing all of the poor reviews here, it’s surprising that a tv streaming app would not have the ability to cast/airplay to TVs. Seems like this would be the most basic of features to implement in a streaming app but it’s missing. Moreover, there’s no smart tv app (like Bell Fibe TV), and there’s not even a website you can use to plug into your tv over hdmi.. The app itself works fine, but does anybody want to watch TV on their small phone screen? Please fix this.

They promote an app and sell it yet they really don’t understand how it works. Four calls later to support and still it doesn’t work. I can’t log in because it says I’m not registered yet when I go to register it says I am already registered.
And now I learn from reviews it doesn’t work away from the home wifi. What the heck? Why do I need to cast at home….i already have the boxes to do that ?????
I’m most angry they deliberately withheld this info. I’m two weeks in and need to drop them.

Cast
App works great however the fact that the app isn’t available for smart tvs / can’t cast to chromecast or mirror to a tv makes it very annoying when away from home. Especially for my husband who works away alot and can’t enjoy a show on the hotel tv with our chromecast instead of straining his eyes on his phone. Change that please

What a downgrade.
Went from being a user of the Bell Fibe TV App, which worked great with casting to Chromecasts, Apple TVs, etc. I have now lost that amazing feature. I am still with Bell Fibe for Internet, now using this stinky app off a relatives cable and man is it ever aged and lacking of modern streaming features.

Cannot log in
Confirmed username and password by logging into my account and it still will not allow me to log in.

It doesn’t work at all, changed passwords and still can login, terrible app.
Best app for Watching tv channels
Works great. Just can’t mirror to my tv. The app seems to block this. Other than that it works great.
