Best Pilates app around
I’ve been practicing Pilates for 10 years now. Used so many apps, platforms and joined live classes. Fluid form is honestly the best around. The instructions are detailed and makes you engage the right muscles. It’s gentle yet challenging and the challenges keep you motivated to get back on your mat the next day. It feels good on the body and soul. Will forever be a subscriber.

Perfect Pilates
As someone unable to keep a consistent schedule, I find Fluidform easy to approach and I can fit it into any part of my day. I can Taylor the workouts to my mood and my ability at the time. The challenges give me goals to work towards and always varied. It is the only Home workout I have ever been able to stick to.

Best thing I’ve done to support my health
I began my journey with fluid form during the Melbourne covid lockdowns. I was looking for a supportive online guide to ensure I do the exercises correctly and to help build strength for my lower back. Since starting with fluid form I have gained incredible core strength and lower back pain has completely stopped with the workout plans I followed. I have also used fluid form throughout my prenatal journey and it has been a great guide on how to prepare my body for pregnancy and ensuring I feel strong for birth and beyond.

Best at home/anywhere workout app I’ve used
FFAH is life changing and game changing. The personalised programs are so suited to you according to the options you choose in the short survey, the recipes are delicious, easy to follow and there is so much variety and the challenges keep you on your feet and mixes things up for you so you’re always stimulated and motivated during your workout and excited for the next. Kee is a great instructor and makes it so easy and enjoyable to workout anywhere, anytime.

Fantastic
I have been doing these workouts for over a year and love them! They are effective with no dread factor. You can tell they are being taught by an actual Pilates instructor with a wealth of knowledge and experience. The app is laid out well with workouts and recipes. There are preplanned challenges as well as meal plans available as well.

Seamless!
I just started using the Fluidform platform and app and have been loving it! I have jumped into the sweat and sculpt challenge and love that I can airplay the workouts on my tv. Can’t wait to complete the challenge, it’s been amazing so far.
Fluidform is the best!
I absolutely love Fluidform- as a busy single mom who also works outside of the house, Fluidform has been the solution I needed to get back in shape. There are workouts for every part of your body, different levels, and fun challenges. I got in shape doing just 20 mins a day with one of the challenges. And Kee is so positive! It’s a refreshing change from so many other things I’ve tried.
