Pay for no ads = limited benefits
First and foremost, this game is fun if you're just killing time. I played for roughly a week and dealt with watching ads cause it gave good benefits etc.
I finally decided to spend $15 and do away with the ads but still received the benefits. I didn't know they were gonna limit how many times you can receive these benefits, buffs, coins etc after spending that $15 on no ads. If I knew that ahead of time then I sure wouldn't have spent that money on this game at all. Nothing is limited as long as you watch the ads....don't spend the 15 cause honestly it's not worth it.Show lessrmartin7789

Been having fun playing this game. Got to a point where I’ve maxed out some of my managers but still get shards for them. I need shards for a completely different manager and is making it more difficult to do so because I’m still receiving manager shards I’ll never be able to use. It’s pretty fun, but whenever you try to get any other hero’s almost everything is stuck behind a paywall. Most games like these show a red circle to show you have something you can claim, this game does that too but most of the time you either have to pay for it or have to watch an ad. This game is very pay to win. There aren’t any ads that you are forced to watch, but there are ads everywhere that the game says you should watch. The game every acknowledges it in one of the things you can upgrade reducing how long the ads are, but it doesn’t even work.Show lessRealXorvis

The game is extremely p2w. I get pop-ups for in app purchases and I have to watch constant ads to even progress in anything!
I have the OG potato and captain marvel but that’s still not enough to even move up a single stage. The game is literally impossible to grind after you moved to a certain point. Also, it’s RIDICULOUS that I managed to lose in the arena when the power difference is high. Like, 12.7 bb vs 1.2 bb, who wins? Should be the 12.7 bb right? WRONG.
Please dev fix this issue and the power drops, it’s getting impossible to progress and earn even an inch of money to even upgrade my units anymore.Show lessQwErTz212

You make potato warriors of all kinds you can have skins that give buffs like the minions from despicable me, iron man all kinds of heroes and hero skins! Tons of rewards that are super awesome and managers that help in the fight like iron giant from that movie, and you can steal other peoples resource too! All interactions with “other players” are bots. Its also imposible to ever be first in arena or even top 50 even if you have 10 attacks a day. Hope it gets integrated too and wasn’t just quick buck game for the developers.

Slow, Boring, and money grubbing
The game starts of enticing and seems like it would be smooth but once you get to a certain point your progress comes to a complete halt. The reasoning for this obviously being they want money from children or impulsive spenders slapping you with popups for paid packages or ads every 30 seconds. So if you are curious what all the complaints are about I may be able to shed some light on them.
The devs have elected to artificially slow progress in the game rather than make new late game content, and it really is detrimental to the gameplay.
Normally progress gradually slows as you get more and more powerful as is very common in RPG’s. You level your gear, and occasionally hit a limit requiring you to upgrade your managers to continue to progress. Early on this is fine as you can farm them easily, but late game it gets more difficult because you start to need premium chests. The regular managers need 5-10 levels to progress. The premium managers now require over 100 levels, which will take roughly 6 months or upwards of $6-700 in premium currency to gather.
What’s worse is you are locked in at your current stage until you do this, meaning progression completely halts unless you pay for it. This was truly a terrible decision by developers, that could have added extra sprites and equipment without much effort to expand the game with new levels rather than going this route.Show lessAnkoku15

Certain aspects of this game are fun. The tower challenge, the arena, the treasure hunt, and stuff like that. The only problem is it takes forever to even do those things, as they make you wait forever to even have “turns” for the arena and in the treasure hunt you have a specific amount of energy that is in no way enough to be able to play for a long enough time.Show lesswpidjdjdjehdu
Devs broke game for established players
I played this game for about 6 weeks and the devs release an update that was a huge nerf making it impossible to progress for the past 3 or so weeks. Luckily I was still able to make offline income even though I am still unable to kill an enemy or spawn a boss. But now they release a new update to “fix” offline income, but to us established players still affected by the previous nerf, this has broken the game making it completely unplayable.
