Amazing

This app is amazing! It has a very easy to follow setup, and keeps me on track (most of the time lol, but that's something i need to work on) Definitely will reccomend to friends!!

great idea

it seems like a good idea but it doesn’t let me change anything or put in information and keeps freezing and closing the app

Some issues

Wonderful app I use it every day, but for the "Daily Reminder" notification it only lets you set it for the time it currently is when you tap the button, and for the other notification options it only lets you set it for 7pm. Also, you cannot change your username or the app crashes. I love this app so much though, It's like all the big fancy apps I see ads for on TikTok except it's free! So I'm really hoping these issues can get resolved. :-)

Very supportive

I appreciate the notifications to check in. It keeps me noticing and reminds me to work on my self care moments when I forget. Also, I noticed the section offering information for getting help. I saw House of Ruth listed. Having experienced seeing their support of my very close sister and her babies, I was thrilled.

Healthy Habits

I am grateful to find this app. This is helpful to set and be accountable to daily healthy habits like meditation & meals. You can log sleep routines as well, you can list it all, so easy to hold yourself accountable to a healthy lifestyle and find resources you might need.

An app for a better future!

Absolutely incredible app—I’ve always wanted something like this! In the midst of this fast-paced, ever-changing world, it’s important that we care for ourselves and make time to grow Now more than ever, I feel as if the chaos of daily life is a step ahead of me at all times. With an app like this, we can instantly access resources personalized to our own wellness journey. Whether a journal, a daily check-in, or a reminder to pursue a healthy habit, this app has everything one needs to get to work on the most important project in life—one’s self! (By the way, for such a small team—the user interface/user experience is absolutely fantastic. Given it’s current stage, this app seems to have massive potential)
