Honest Review

It was marketed more like an RPG to upgrade and fight your team of rangers against enemies. But there’s little fighting. It’s mostly about the collection of things in the game to unlock characters or weapons or upgrades. But it takes so long to do each chapter and task and collect the appropriate materials. You need coins or orbs to upgrade things and they are not easy to come by. There’s no definitive tasks to do to ensure you get new things to keep playing and upgrading. I love the idea of rangers from across the Ranger verse coming and fighting together but I think the actual gameplay is lacking.

Good ranger fun

Decent game where you dont need to spend money to progress and where your experience isnt spoiled by other people paying to win and that keeps the ranger world alive.

Some kind of episode replay feature would be good given the effort that goes into making mini stories (maybe replay an episode by spending x zeo crystals and at a higher difficulty). Could really do with the ability to sort and order your ranger collection lists too, but otherwise good morphing fun

Fun but….

I was really enjoying this game until I got to the point I’m at where it takes forever to upgrade/level up a character so can’t get auto collection, an easier way to get coins would be great even finally add adverts that give you gold would be fine with me but at the moment as good as it is I feel like I have to pay to get further

Good potential

This game has some really good potential, however the lack of battle and upgrade currency is really dragging it down. I haven’t played the game super long so far but I’m already struggling to upgrade characters even just to level 2. Characters require at least 250 coins to level and monsters require at least 100 coins to level. However you get like 2-3 coins for hitting a location upgrade “milestone” (25, 50, etc.) and barely get any coins from chests. Then you get stuck waiting to progress the story because your only two missions are collecting a crazy amount of Morph-X or leveling up a character that you don’t have enough coins for. On top of the currency problems you only get 2 battles per episode. Hopefully more battles will come with unlocking events, but playing a power rangers game without very many battles feels like it has the danger of getting old very fast. Both of these issues could be fixed with the addition of something like a dungeon mode or random battle mode that can reward you with some power coins at the end.

Love the game

This is one idle game that keeps me interested and continue to play. Do hope they add movie white ranger soon though and if they do would make it a 5 star
