Really good refund app!

Shady as can be
I got this app because it had a 3 day free trial, I started getting the sense something was shady about it so I cancelled immediately. The only problem is it’s so shady that there’s no way to even verify you’ve cancelled. It doesn’t even show up on my Apple subscriptions list. I contacted them stating I wanted to verify my trial was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged, I said I wanted to make sure my account and info was totally deleted, and I got no response. Then I start reading all the reviews about how they’re not letting people cancel even though none of us even signed up for a subscription, only a 3 day free trial but they’re still charging people $84 and I just feel like an idiot. They better not charge me! How this is even allowed to happen is ridiculous!Show lessTheKing514

Hey there, we're a bit confused by your review, but nonetheless deeply sorry you walked away disappointed. If you went through the cancellation flow your trial will be cancelled. In some cases we don't bill through Apple which is why you would not see the subscription there, but our app always has clear cancellation flows. When you say you contacted support, did you text our support line at (856) 830-5903? This is our only support channel and if you didn't receive an answer, that would be very concerning as we pride ourselves on quick response times. When you delete your account, we also ask you if you'd like to contact support to verify any questions or concerns. We no longer charge $84 and this has been discontinued for nearly a year now. Our pricing is transparent during account setup where you can pay a nominal monthly membership fee as low as $5. I was shocked (but even more embarrassed) when I couldn’t even supply Cancel Subscription with the logins or passwords to these zombie accounts. One of them in particular - a streaming app that is not mainstream at all (I’d never ever heard of it, let alone been cognizant that I was essentially giving them a $48/month charity. ) When trying to login to the steaming service on a PC, it let me in just by entering my email address. When I clicked on my profile, next tot Pasword it read in bold letters “NOT CREATED”. However. when trying to login on a mobile device, you had to input a password to gain access… I’m short, these patient people trouble-shot the whole thing for me. It was painless!Show lessJoshuausher
