Keeps asking to sign in again and again …
Not sure what’s wrong but the app just keep asking me to sign in again to continue. That was the only message I got. Very informative, not! I deleted the app, it’s pretty useless when it can’t even sign in. NOTE: I used my Apple ID to sign in.
Disjointed and cumbersome
Really surprising that such a high-end hotel would have such a horrible app and website. It’s like a box of chocolate you never know what you’re gonna get. I’ve booked your reservation. Have not received an email confirmation. Went back to the website to see where my reservation was. I know it’s there, but I can’t find
It. The app is no different again horribly designed. Personally, I would fire the people that designed it and come up with a whole new easy to use website and app.

Very “clunky” outdated app…
Very “clunky.” Unable to slide screen to choose a date…must click an arrow which takes 30-35 seconds to load 2 months at a time. Takes 2-3 minutes to get to a date 6 or more months in the future. Probably should view ALL the other competitor’s hotel apps to get an idea of how your app should run more efficiently. This is surely a decades old app that needs updating.
It’s much faster and more efficient using the full website. Quite frustrating, so I’m deleting your app until you’ve upgraded to a more efficiently run app… as the 5 other hotel apps I currently use on my phone. The hotel apps on my phone are the apps I ALWAYS choose from to make my travel/lodging arrangements.
If your app is not on my phone…I don’t choose your hotel.

Cannot add existing reservation
Downloaded the app to add an existing reservation. Made an account with my Apple account.
Unable to edit my profile or add an existing reservation.
When I went to the website in a browser, there was not an option to log in with my Apple account.
These are critical blockers, y’all need to get your PM to prioritize these fixes to ship ASAP. 💜

Adding reservations
I am having same issue. Tried to add a reservation and just keeps saying there is an error even before I add the info.

Impossible to make a booking with an Apple created account (as it redirects to the web to book), or access your account on any other device…

Like everyone else I cannot add my existing reservation to my account. Which means this app is pretty pointless.
