Provide more control and customization over characters
Whilst the gameplay can be fun it can become repetitive and tedious, and it’s not great on the hero collection side. With no pity system in place you can go over 100 special summons or divination summons (the game system to pull premium fighters and very slow-building and expensive) without getting one copy of the desired hero that require multiple copies to be effective. Unlike other gachas that offer multiple ways to acquire the desired hero and have systems in place to pity if you are unlucky, this game does not care for bad luck and you can end up bricking an account if you are on an unlucky streak. Unfortunately on top of other shady practices, this has led to many players leaving the game and the majority of the time now you will be matched against generated bots which removes even more fun from the game. Could have been a great gacha with this licence, however due to developer neglect has failed to reach its potential.
