    I’ve been playing this game for months, they did an upgrade, and I lost my whole account. This game is not work downloading.
  • Was a fun game

    I have played this game for a couple of months and was building fairly well. Was in a good alliance. BUT after latest up date i.e. 8/9/23 me game was reset. So I lost everything, even the money I invested. So please be aware of issues. My hope is it can be resolved.🫰

    Hello there! The maintenance has been done, please update the game to the latest version. If you update the game on the Apple Store you will create a new character when you return to the game. If you have linked your account with Apple ID or Facebook ID before, you can switch your account after the tutorial by clicking avatar-setting-account-switch account-select account. But if you haven’t linked with any accounts, please contact us at pc@rjoy.com to get your account back.
  • Lost

    After playing daily and spending money and time, an update lost everything!!!!
  • Internal server error

    I have been locked out the entire day due to internal server error. No information given on the error and the spent energy and resources to win the daily challenges are wasted.

  • Could be better

    There is too much to learn to understand how to make this game work, let alone play it. It needs to be simplified and get rid of the silly Aliens. But don’t introduce new things until a new person has reached everything at level 25, which means climbing to that level needs to be easier. And stop the raiding until the person has reached that level as you can’t continue to climb in strength if you are raided all the time by a stronger opponent! And items needed to grow cost too much!

  • Fun but confusing

    Great looking and almost really fun to play game. Unfortunately they have a strange and unexplained hero development arrangement. I have been playing for a few weeks and can not find any clear explanation about hero development. Very combat, arena or normal battle hero selection screen will evaluate your hero selection. No problem, right? Think again. Every time I put a team together the dreaded downward white arrows show up. Does not matter which of the heroes I select none of them apparently rate as being suitable for the battle. Apparently I do not possess any heroes yet are combat rated? Also do not be tricked by thinking that they will provide any support in game through the settings section even though they supposedly have a contact section there. I have repeatedly sent requests for clarification on this issue beginning a few days after starting this game. I have yet to receive any response. Other games have at least indicated that they received my message requesting assistance. While the game is extremely frustrating due to the lack of support and explanations concerning hero development T is still somewhat enjoyable in base building and even though none of the heroes I have are suitable I still win enough battles through simple repetition and upgrading the four star heroes I possess. I have no doubt I would be further along if there was some form of instruction concerning hero development. I have reread all the FAQ articles so many times they are virtually memorized with nothing explaining why there are always stronger heroes to be chosen.

  • Won’t Open

    The game will not fully launch. Crashes upon launch on my iPad. Have tried reinstalling but cannot get it to open.

    Edit: same thing happens on my iPhone.

  • Fun game but can’t play

    The game starts off fun but after a while it won’t load the puzzles to play. Literally the only thing I can do is stuff for my sanctuary]. I really enjoyed the puzzle battles but they won’t load for me. Kinda disappointing and yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the same thing happened.
