Add three entries about what went well every day. This method, also called keeping a gratitude journal, can increase your well-being for up to six months after writing your last entry.
Meditate for 5, 10, 20, or 30 minutes—without any interrupting instructions. The app provides you with a timer, where you hear a gong every 5 minutes for better orientation. That way you can fully concentrate on the essential—your meditation.
Start with simple instructions. Gratitude journaling and mindfulness meditation are both easy-to-learn techniques. The only thing you need to get better is practice. Therefore, you can always review the practice overview on the third tab to stay motivated.

Using Diary+ you can build a collection of your most favorite memories. You can select and filter your favorites by month, year, and all-time. That way you can always see your richest memories of your very unique and precious journey.
Diary+ is secure and saves your data in the cloud. Later, with a new device, you just need to log in to continue your diary. Cloud data is encrypted with industry standards such as encryption at rest and encryption in transit.
Privacy is very important. As an effort for even higher security, Diary+ offers optional end-to-end encryption that can be easily activated. End-to-end encryption is the most secure technology available to protect your data. If activated, nobody except you, not even the developer, can see your entries. You need to save the key at a safe location. If the key is gone, you lose access to your data.

Version 1.1 adds a practice overview on the third tab. The tab informs you about how practice improves your emotional regulation using gratitude and mindfulness.
There are also some bug fixes and small interface improvements.
