Was playing this game and went on today to find out all my progress is gone! Now they want me to start from the beginning? This is so terrible of you to do this to your players..I made friends, went very far in the game, even spent money and now I have nothing, why? What happened to my game? I lost all my progress, money, all the books I already did, also my friends..what’s going on?

Not always working
Every now and then I am not able to play as game won’t work? For several hours today am not able to get on the app and play? Loads up, but will not allow me to play? Can only play on computer thru facebook and not always around a computer!! If keeps happenwill delete this game.
