Horrible app!

Maybe invest some of our money in some I.T.?! Absolutely ridiculous app. How about making it work BEFORE pushing out this garbage.

Unusable

This app is slightly better than the website but that’s not say much. I find both to be completely useless. The one improvement over the website is a taskbar that has a message icon. However, the way information is relayed is almost unreadable. I consider myself to be moderately tech savvy and feel sorry for seniors who have to navigate this by themselves. Share on you oregon one! One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use.

Unusable most of the time

I seem to get a notification almost everyday telling me the app will be unusable for a period of time. Not sure why but even if it was “updates”, no other app is unusable this much or this often.

Doesn’t work

Says system down every time I try to verify my identity. Tried calling and they still couldn’t verify me. This is a huge hassle and an inconvenience. Would be 0/5 if you could choose it

Crashes every time after I answer 4 questions

This is the worst app I have ever used, I get through the address portion and every time it says system unavailable please try again later and boots me out I’ve been trying for 4 days same thing every time. Horrible app
