Cancel the subscription, don’t charge anything

Why you guys don’t have cancel out subscription option? I have given email to not change me after 3 days.

This app is not good

I cannot cancel my subscription on the app and the customer service is awful

SCAM- THIS APP WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR FREE SUBSCRIPTION

I signed up for a free trial to sign a document, and made sure to cancel my subscription. But before the trial period even ended, I was notified that this app charged me $6.61 for "premium features". I requested refund but this is ridiculous. On app store the subscription says it's expiring on 9/2 because I opted out to subscribe after the trial period ends but today (8/28) I was charged. Stay away from this app.

No unsubscribe option

Till now there is no option through which I can cancel my subscription even contact support team is not helping me.

Annoying

Looks like quite a useful app. But impossible to work out how to add a date below a signature without appending it to the signature. Waste of time an expensive

By far the worst out there

You have to pay money and you can’t even put a date on the documents.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I canceled my monthly subscription and I’m still getting charged weekly for it. I’m currently in a dispute process with Apple. They’ve STOLEN over $100 from me and are still stealing weekly for an average, not even great app. 0/10 recommend.

You should be able to easily cancel subscription on the app - this needs to be updated.

Can’t unsubscribe

There is no unsubscribe option and no one replied to my email request. Terrible app.

Easy to use

My grandma was on crack living in my basement and I had to contact a lawyer. He sent me over a retainment agreement and I signed it using esign. Because if its not esigned no one signs
