Great app, needs different payment options

Great app! Worked very well. My only issue, is I wish I could pay as needed for faxes sent. Instead of a monthly subscription. I send them so rarely it would be nice to only pay when I need to send a fax.

Difficult with auto editing of documents

The document I copied where ok but the auto editor made it unreadable. Tried to correct but was not as good as the original. I would suggest leaving it alone unless you manually adjust it. Otherwise easy to use.
Up date: I did get a response from the developer and they will look further into that matter. This makes for a great company that is willing to look at ways to enhance their product, which will benefit all of us in the long run. Thanks again for the reply. An addition observation the photos of the documents I took had partial shadows on them which caused the auto editor to over adjust.

Got charged UNsubscribing

Used it one time. Got charged twice for the subscription. Then I unsubscribed but still had it on my phone. I got charged again 17$ for no reason. Hopefully removing the app will stop this nonsense.

Please note that uninstalling the app, in general terms, does not automatically stop the selected subscription plan. Please note that you can cancel the Faxer automatic subscription renewal through the App Store, please follow the instruction you will find in the following link: https://support.apple.com/HT202039 Additionally, you can follow these instructions to verify the status of your subscription: On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, and then select "Subscriptions." Poor

It says fax sent. So you think “great it’s sent” but after some time the status changes to “check”. When you check it says “the service is up but very slow. your fax could not be sent. Try again later”. You try and you get the same story.
Waste of time. Useless App.

Successful fax - unreasonable weekly charge

I downloaded this because I needed to test a fax machine. I understood the cost would be $.49 per fax. I probably saw a warning, but did not realize that I would be charged a $15 weekly fee for its existence on my phone. I sent no other fax, but was charged two times for the weekly fee before I saw my credit card bill.

Thank you for your comment. We apologize for any confusion. Our app allows you to scan your documents for free. Subscriptions are only required for sending scanned documents. Trying to get a refund for the subscription as it stated 8,99 but was charged 49,99. The form to contact is not working.

Not work!

Prepared documents three times to send and everytime app just closed. Such a waste of time.

Delivered but not Delivered

Try to send fax and says that it is Delivered…
Send me a confirmation… but the receiver never reveived it… I confirm twice the fax number.

No option to unsubscribe

I downloaded and paid to just send ONE fax but now that i want to unsubscribe and delete the app cuz i will never need to send a fax again i dont see the option anywhere in the app. And there’s a contact us option that doesnt get anywhere

Don’t purchase in the app before reading this

Based in California. I paid this app 0.49 for 7 days and it is NOT WORKING. I had to send a 2 pages file to my health care for my well being. This app UI is well designed and simple to use. But my health care have never received such file, even the app shows DELIVERED. And I have faxed to two different numbers just to sort this out, but still nothing. Quite disappointing that I paid 0.49 for nothing.
