Scam

It’s not at all “free” as advertised
You go through the work to set up a fax and then they want $623.48 a year to use (read the fine print that’s in greyscale so it’s hard to read).

DOES NOT WORK

All faxes still say “sending”. I need a refund

Worthless

The app clearly lacks user experience in terms of indicating the status of each scan. It shows “Sending” for almost 4 hours without a clear explanation on what can happen on unforeseen situations.

This is annoying when a paid app does this.

Paid for a faulty app

I paid for a faulty app. No faxes have gone through. And it is so difficult to reach customer service.
