Need to stop service

I snt fax to my client , bcz my fax machine was broke, client find paper there office , I like this app

But now I don’t need this app anymore how I remove my payment card from this app or stop service in future. I didn’t see any option in app settings

Not Transparent with Fees

This app, based out of Barcelona, does not have an easily accessible subscription fee schedule posted on their app. Other than the 7 day free trial posted on their ad, you can't find out what they are until after you use it for the first time, then decide if you want to subscribe to their services.

From my research upon discovering this info, so far I've found that, as with most everything, Fax apps rates vary from $40 to $240 annually, with cheaper/shorter options as well as a 7 day free trial.

Whatever the developer's reason is to adopt not being upfront with their fee schedule is poor business practice. Why take a chance on this one since there's others that are transparent and make their fee schedules readily available?

No chance to pick a plan

I wish I could have picked a subscription plan before I was automatically charged $36 for a year subscription. I will keep the service, but this is not a transparent customer service tactic.

First time - it’s easy!

Fedex fax set ups would not work for faces to Germany even though they give directions for international faces. Staff had no idea why the faxes would not go through and offered no assistance to contact HQ for troubleshooting!
Went to my car and found Faxer and within ( minutes, my fax to medical clinic in Germany was sent and delivered. Never again will I try FedEx. No need and it’s much cheaper! What a fabulous tool and how pathetic was FedEx service!! Thank you Faxer!!!

Doesn’t work

I tried sending something through the app and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes now and it just says it’s sending but won’t load anything else. By the time they resolve the issue it was too late. I already paid for another app called fax that worked pretty quick and efficiently. It just cost more which was $10. I don’t know why they are still trying to charge me to use the app when it never worked for me and it never got the job that I needed to get done, I want a refund because I already payed more for another app.

Not free

It asks for money at the first fax.

Doesn’t work… until it WORKS

Okay so I sent three times (resent) on the third time it did say delivered. May have to try a few times to resend before it successfully works and goes through.

Will keep updated as to whether recipient has actually received though.

This works like a charm!!

Like most of us I do not have a landline. So, when I need to fax something, it becomes quite an ordeal. This app however, makes it easy. It really does. I highly highly highly recommended it!

Overpriced theft

They charge $15 a week with no warning.
First fax is free, second costs 50 cents or something and somehow if you do that your all the sudden paying $15 a week.

Great FAX App!

Fax works great! It’s efficient and quick. I wish they offered a PER FAX price. Occasionally, I need to send a fax, it to pay $6.99 a month is not feasible for me. I’d gladly pay $2.99 per fax for the occasional fax. I don’t need an FAX app enough to justify a monthly subscription.
