I had to send a fax urgently, so I downloaded this app among several others from the App Store. It did the job perfectly—my fax reached its destination super quickly, so I'm really happy with it. I'll use it every time I need to send an important document because I know it won't let me down 

It’s a scam.

This is literally a scam do not fall for it. It will charge you for a subscription even if you only want to scan a single document. Honestly, they made it complicated for a reason and you won’t be able to figure out where these charges are coming from or how to stop them. Literally you cant unsubscribe from settings or the app, OR from emailing them. What a hoax!

Poor interface and lackluster ability

Tried to photgraph some documents in good lighting, but the contrast is washed away and their settings arent helpful, honestly dont know what photo could be sent considering it couldnt handle text. Seems nice but Id only use the app for .Doc files

Scammers

14,99$ a week if you forget to unsubscribe. That’s what I call dishonest. And when I tried to unsubscribe on the app, they subscribed me again. In total, I paid more than 30$ to send one fax. Watch out and deactivate via the App Store if it’s juste for a one time use. This is borderline fraud.

Hello! Kindly note that once the subscription period expires, it will be automatically renewed and charged for the next week / month until you unsubscribe. Please note that uninstalling the app, in general terms, does not automatically stop the selected subscription plan. Paid for Fax to Not send

I was super hopeful that this app would work. I uploaded everything- very easy to use and upload needed files. Cover page added with ease. I paid for the service and “sent” the fax only to get an error notification a few moment later. I love checked all the pages- no issues. Phone number is correct. Payment went through. Super disappointing.

Thank you so much for creating this app, I was able to send documentation to the IRS tax board using this app for only $.49 and it was successfully delivered to my knowledge, everything was legit and looked very professional in my eyes, and I greatly appreciate it.

Fax from your personal phone

This is a simple app and actually works. I downloaded the app in less than 5 minutes and had my medical forms sent same day in my own home. Very convenient and works well. I don’t mind paying a little since I would pay anywhere else but don’t have to drive either.

False advertising

If you are looking for a free app to send a fax from your phone, don’t waste your time with this one. They let you scan for free (which is nothing special) but then charge you when you want to send the fax. They have commented on other reviews that there is no mention of free faxing, however, the name of the app is literally “Fax from iPhone free”… so not sure why the app is named that if you can’t… fax from your iPhone for free…

Does not work

Tried faxing a document and still says “sending” after an hour. Waste of time
