So I woke up with 100$ human dollars which is 10 I already had 8$ in human dollars so I cashed out to my human card why it took my money when I really needed it all my money been disappearing I only cashed out once and got to use my card once like why create app just to still from us I would like aREFUND ASAP ALL THE MONEY YALL STOLE FROM ME

I got a total of 100 human dollars equivalent to 10usd$ and never was given referal to finish earring the ready of the supposed bonus for doing all the work it requires not to mention if you reach out to support might as well be attempting to talk to Jesus himself because they never answer not even on discord

My friend sent me a referral a MONTH and a half ago and I was stuck on the face verification for 2 weeks, updated the app *bc apparently a bunch of other people were having the same problem* and got passed that part. I have now been stuck with a blank white screen with no options of going backwards nor forward. Im over trying to get into this app just to see money I can’t even touch from what others are saying. It’s ridiculous and false advertising

Terrible app. None of the features work at all. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app.
Can’t cash out under $10 but also can’t send to other users so the money you do have is absolutely useless because you also can’t actually connect the card to anything either. There’s also no way to actually contact support and get any sort of help either . If I could negative rate this app I would. It’s not worth the headache or frustration of seeing money you can’t access or use for anything!

This is a joke- stay away
I’ve never created a financial app/network, but I know people who have- it’s not this complicated. The card literally doesn’t work ANYWHERE. No transactions go through; when it was actually able to connect to the Apple wallet, it was under a completely different name (not “Human Card” or whatever)
It’s nothing but constant problems and THERE IS LITERALLY ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I’ve tried messaging them 3+ times now and gotten zero response.

Buggy with seemingly no support
Everything started out fine, but then the bank that supports the virtual card has either disappeared or crashed completely for days. It worked BARELY on Apple Pay. Do not download this it is a waste of time and will make you think you have made reward money but you can’t access it. I sent support a message which apparently went nowhere because I haven’t heard a word. The whole thing is gimmicky which is sad because getting in on the ground floor of a new digital currency is a great idea and can be very lucrative.

I agree with the other girls post ! Dont even waste your time i had 55$ and the next morning just vanished never got to even touch it and same with my husbands account and sad part is i saved the money and earned enough points just to be able to pay my light bill with it. And as soon as i go to use it the app has been crashing or “experiencing a high load” for over a week now … BULLSHIIIII

No Way Horrible
This app is garbage…first off the face scanning map thing took me 8 days to get it done successfully finally and then couldn’t figure it out and only claimed 100 of my 1000 points and now it wont let me go back so i only claimed a tiny portion of whats mine but cant get it…also the virtual card is trash it does not work at all with anything i have tried to use and man I've tried it 30 different ways cant use the card so whats the point??? Trash completely and utterly a waste of time frfr and i think there stealing identity's OURS
