This app has had consistent problems since they’ve launched! I’ve earned about $60 from this app & most of it has disappeared! I’ve only got to use the card once before it disappeared with the money on it! I haven’t been able to use it in a week! I had $10 in the wallet part since the banking part has been down, I wake up this morning & once again money disappeared! $5 is left. The only way to talk to anyone is through discord. They made an announcement yesterday saying the problem will be fixed by that day or today & instead I have more money missing! They also made another announcement today stating we will no longer be able to use it on apple, Google pay, or PayPal. Only with online purchases. This is 2 weeks after I signed up & was able to link my card to Apple Pay & use tap to pay ONCE! I would not recommend anyone dealing with this app! It has had 3 RELAUNCHES since they first came out & it’s only been 2 months! Haven’t been able to use it over half the time the app has been out!

Needs updates or support
I downloaded the app and signed up, even referred my 5 people yet I can’t cash out. Apple Pay doesn’t let me add the card because I can’t “verify it” with just the card info.

Frozen
I’ve been waiting since the first launch to be able to sign up, app wouldn’t work for iPhones when I got an invite….I finally get an invite this time around AND I got up to take a selfie, took my pic, agreed it was good to use and next page is just a white, blank page with a back arrow in the top left corner and three lil lines in the top right corner…. Neither of which work or do anything, but that’s it…it stays on that blank page til I force close it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app SEVERAL times to no avail. Support doesn’t respond….I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks now.

Does work but…..
Ok the app does work but it takes time and patience most of us don’t have. Plus with no one to directly speak with when the app does a Houdini move isn’t helpful. It’s not the best but it’s not the worse. Always room for improvement. Now to figure out how to figure out why my money didn’t go to debit as it states and where it is exactly 🤦♀️

App is a complete joke
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Can’t use the money they “give” you for for signing up for nothing cause they give you a card with no billing address that can’t be linked to anything I’ve tried multiple different ways to use this card to make an online purchase and not one transaction went through. Oh and it won’t let me add it to google or Apple Pay either. App constantly freezes and customer support is literally nonexistent. Don’t waste your time signing up stay away from this hot garbage my 3 year old could design and out together a better app than this.

After my first review, they updated the app and it’s worse. I just get a blank screen. What a joke.
I’ve been trying to get past the selfie and it’s virtually impossible to fail something like this but with your app it seems to fail over and over. I’m beginning to wonder if you’re just trying to gather information for your own use.

Stuck on the biometric face scan ~ FIX IT 😒
I was sent something on here and had to make an account and all that. Which is fine. But once I started doing the process I got to the biometric face scanning section and it refuses to acknowledge my face even though I took the picture without issue and I did the first part of the scan where you have to move closer and hold still. That worked just fine. And there’s no way to get around it no support no help no other options. I’d like to get my money. This was supposed to be a birthday present from 2 days ago and I’m STILL stuck. It’s not the lighting or background so it has to be an issue on their end. Fix it cause that’s annoying.

I just don’t know why would anyone would used this app I mean I got through the whole thing until it just went completely to a white screen never again trust Ad and download something that is not working correctly

I haven’t been able to use my app ever since I downloaded it. It’s been two days and my app keeps getting stuck on the face biometrics with ‘sorry, something went wrong. I’ve tried doing everything

The biometric face scan is. The thing giving me an issue to move. Onto the next step. I would love. To get started in this app but so far no luck because it can’t seem to verify me that way…. When before hand i took a picture like it asked so I’m sure there shouldn’t be no issues thanks
