Bad

The old app worked fine. This app continues to have issues, I can’t create an account and I need to access the app to see my results from our health screening. This is not a good look.

Easy to use

I track steps daily for rewards. It’s easy to use and I can always tell how much progress I have made

Horrible

This app from day one has been a problem. Thanks to a company switch not one of my own. But login took over a month to resolve. Hey want your steps tracked hahaha for get it!!!! Go in daily and put them in manually if your even able to do that!!!I don’t even want to give a one star.

Terribly designed.

Data never makes it to this app from apple health. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get the points for logging into the app which I was of course logged into before uninstalling. Did they not test it before releasing? Why was the old app discontinued? It was buggy but at least worked pretty well with the points.

Does not work

I have to get 280-360 points to gain benefits for work, but this app is less active than I am. Upon opening, it sits there like a lazy teenager full of angst! It responds lethargically to every button press, if you can even get a button to press! So far I’ve only been able to get 35 points for starting the account 30 days ago, because it won’t upload any of my stats even though it says it connected to Apple Health. I can’t even take the health assessment because after I click the button it has a drop down menu to choose the year but refused to drop down no matter how many times I smash my digits into the arrow! Guess I won’t be saving $720 in my insurance next year! So helpful!!!
