Good… But Needs some work!!

Great app!! Still needs some minor tweaks but overall good. I wish email links opened in the app instead of desktop.

Now, when conducting a global search, the system will center and highlight the record on the map while displaying the details in the side panel. For improved usability on mobile devices or when viewing the maximized detail screen without the map visible, we are adding the map at the top of the detail screen in an upcoming release. Update: the new release still does not fix the map issue on the Iphone. We need to see the map in the detail screen.

The asset cards should show a map image with the location at the top instead of attachments. The old app was much better in this way.

Frequent Crashes and Drains Battery

I have been using the Cartegraph app to input signs into our system. First the app KILLS the phones battery. After 90 minutes my battery drains from 100% to 30%. Second, roughly 20% of the time the app crashes after taking a picture and trying to upload it. The app will restart and you will need to take the picture again. Aggravating. Especially if you are trying to be efficient and move from sign to sign.

Why are we missing options from the old app?

I was Forced to switch to this app (Unfortunately ) and for my job I need to be able to see the date the w/o was created along with the picture in the List (like the old app did) to be able to plan my day. This app makes me have to click on each w/o individually and that takes way too much time and it puts me behind. The pictures don’t like to load when taken through the app even though it acts like it’s going to upload and then kicks it back even though I have 5G service. I sent an email but no one has responded to it. The old cartegraph wasn’t perfect but this one makes it 10Xs better…. It shows 2 stars on my review but I only gave it 1 star…

Thank you for your feedback. You should not be missing options in the new app. The display of your work is displayed as a list or as cards. Switching to a card mode on the right side above the list will show the image and fields of your choice such as the entry date. This app was rushed, has good ideas but none of them work

Like the title says, it was clearly rushed during development and I had an opportunity to meet the developers. All very good people and it’s probably not there fault but still this thing never works.

So first things first it absolutely cooks your phone/tablets battery. I’m talking in a hour and a half your phone goes from 100%-9%, how can I be productive during my work day with that kind of battery life?? Next, if I don’t have full 5G service(which is almost never) the app refuses to upload the pictures I need to upload. It just deletes all of them and I have to go back and do the exact thing I had just done, I do this for every other task assigned to me. ALSO while going through the map on the app, you can’t rotate or change the orientation of the map? which for my job that’s very important because it requires the precise location of each task and in certain areas there are tons of tasks on top of each other. Not only all of those issues my team and I experience, the app will straight up just crash and never run for you. With no ability to log in after it crashing for absolutely 0 reason, just can’t use it. I make almost double my paycheck in overtime which requires me to work extra hours(obviously) and this app makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to do that, so my disdain for this app is through the roof because now it’s affecting my ability to pay my bills.

Take the app offline and fix it. For the love of god.

The search tool should pan the map to the asset/task location. Or… the asset cards should show a map image with the location at the top instead of attachments. The old app was better in this way.

Review

We need the option to see the Date the work order was created while looking at the list of work orders (like we could with the Old one). Unfortunately you’re shutting down the old one, there wasn’t anything wrong with it. And now, we’re stuck with this…
