Cant change led light color, user manual cant be found on app, incorrect username if wrong region selected, battery soc shows percentage instead of kwh left

An absolutely perfectly designed app to go with the forward thinking batteries, inverter and gateway.
Needs improvement!
Easy to use app.
However, the developers need to work on:
1. Better and Modern UI to - Like the Tesla app. It feels like a cheap third-party app for now.
2. The charging duration data isn’t useful because the timer doesn’t stop when the car reaches the pre-set charge limit. It should start and stop charging based on the settings in the car app to avoid unnecessary double-handling.

Great app
Love the visibility and control the app provides me remotely.
A user manual accessible easily from the app would be great.
I don’t understand what smart load is. I also don’t completely understand what the energy value figure means.
Would be great to show me what my upcoming energy bill is expected to be by adding daily supply charge, peak and shoulder options.

It works well! Just need more solar details please.
Really nice app, quick and easy to see a dashboard of what’s coming in and what’s going out via some nice graphics. Would have given 5 stars if not for a couple of missing features: PV1 and PV2 would like to see graphs / figures for individual solar strings to see how well the system is working instead of total solar pv power with the 2 combined. As I have to keep doing volts x Amps in a spreadsheet to work out each solar string input. Also the battery only shows a % of what’s left and not how much kw storage you have left. I do like all the detailed graphs, not tried the AI yet but could be interesting.
