Misleading page without any price information and tricked me to click on adding an unnecessary meal plan to my account ended up charging me another 77aud

They will steal from you

I accidentally clicked on a confirm button thinking it was to confirm to start. Nope it was to pay for a one time purchase. It was immediately charged using Apple Pay without asking for face or password confirmation. But the best part was that I was charged TIWCE for it. So I immediately asked for a refund understanding that maybe with the misclick i couldn’t ask for one but thought for sure I could get the 2nd charge refunded. Right? That makes sense, but No apparently being charged twice for a one time purchase doesn’t fall under their refund policy. Straight up stealing in my opinion. Honestly don’t think they’ll give you a refund if you fallow their conditions to the letter. Like make it make sense? And if you point out their stupidity they say all decisions are final.

Thieves

Please be warned that these people are thieves, i was simply trying to purchase a subscription for chair yoga exercises & somehow got billed for the diet menu & 1 on 1 coaching … i did not want either of these so a simple transaction that was supposed to cost $28 ended up costing me $117 and putting my bank account in the red. I lodged a claim with paypal & the company replied saying that i should of pressed the no thanks button on these items …. I was trying to decline these items & i literally shut the page down to try & stop it but to no avail. Adele from the company has basically told me tough luck & my refund has been denied. I am beyond furious 😡

scam

this app is scam, i registered for wall pilates because they had a deal and looked like a good app, then i get an email with two bills and the second one is a bigger charge for coaching and meal plan i never wanted. i contacted customer support right away got a response they would look at refund then next day i get an email says no refund but they can give me 3 extra months of something i didn't want in the first place. don't trust this app.

DO NOT CLICK ON THE ADDITIONAL GUIDES

The app itself is ok and I am happy to pay the subscription, however I am trying to get a refund for the additional guides that I have been charged £31 for. I keep getting told that their refund policy is transparent.. it is, but their website is not!!
It was not clear during the subscription process that if you clicked on any of the guides then you immediately got charged for all of them! They are just pdf documents and definitely not worth the money.
Because of, what I can only be called a scam, then I have only given this 1 star!

Misleading Charges and Unhelpful Support—Beware of This App

I downloaded the HARNA app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially damaging. When I initially purchased the app through my Apple account, the subscription didn’t even appear there, making it impossible to manage or cancel like a typical app subscription. I was charged twice right from the start due to misleading in-app offers, and despite trying everything to cancel on time, I was charged three times in total.

What’s worse is that HARNA’s customer support has been unsympathetic and unhelpful. I reached out multiple times explaining my situation, but my requests for a refund were denied, even though this unexpected charge left me struggling.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. Beware of unexpected charges and the lack of support if things go wrong. This app has been a major disappointment and a financial hardship.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT IS A SCAM

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! This company scams people out of money! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! You may think you are only paying for the initial app which is actually not that great anyway only gives you 2 work outs a week WTH? and next minute you are being charge for services that you have not given permission to be charged for. There are no prices given for anything, no time lines and no confirm button and you realise you have been charged $100’s and when you contact them within minutes of being charged they refuse a refund. There are many other apps out there that better than this one. Please read the other reviews and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Billing

If you're signing up for the free trial make sure you cancel it before it ends. Otherwise, these greedy people won't give me my refund and they don't even notify you when and how much they're gonna charge you. Such infuriating app and team.

Signed up and didn’t get a plan

Hello I signed up for a plan and paid the $15USD but when I opened the app was instructed to do another quiz where I had to pay another $40USD to get my plan. I now can’t see any plan just an option to pay more $$ I haven’t seen the last plan I paid for yet why would I buy another it’s also confusing how to unsubscribe !

Billing

Be careful when subscribing. You may think it’s just bringing you along the way, choosing ex:face yoga (no extra price was indicated) once you’ve subscribed but it’s another charge. And when you contact them within 20 minutes from error (once looking on my credit card), there policy is not to refund.
